***Please note that this is not a call for competition*** UKRI DDaT Central were looking to procure an uplift of the licenses for their Atlassian products. The Atlassian suite is a tightly integrated set of products that enable best practise software development processes. This contract has been awarded under Regulation 32 (5)(b) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 - for additional deliveries by the original supplier which are intended wither as a partial replacement of supplies or as the extension of existing suppliers or installations where a change of supplier would oblige the contracting authority to acquire supplies having different technical characteristics which would result in incompatibility or disproportionate technical difficulties in operation and maintenance.
