This work will provide a full assessment of the environmental PLR that the MCA needs to comply with or should require compliance with, and how to comply in practice with a concise detailed guide, in our roles: A. As a direct deliverer of projects (where the MCA is the client for delivery, where we are directly commissioning construction or services.) B.
