The council envisages that this will be implemented in two phases: * The first phase will be as a system for the Maritime Services section up to the point of needing to produce an invoice and therefore interface with the council's current financial systems. It would be beneficial if the system could produce a quote. * Any second phase will be to undertake the two way interfacing with the financial systems used by the council. A more detailed specification on this interface will be provided at a time should the council be in a position to take this option forward.
