The intention is to appoint the most economically advantageous tenders, based on the evaluation criteria of 20% Quality, 15% Social Value & 65% Commercial Lot 2 - Medium & Large Non-operated Plant -The larger type of plant equipment is covered in the range including swing shovels, excavators, dumpers and tele-handlers. The intention is to appoint the most economically advantageous tenders, based on the evaluation criteria of 20% Quality, 15% Social Value & 65% Commercial Lot 3: Miscellaneous and Specialist Non-operated Plant, Equipment and Self Drive Commercial Vehicles - for the hire of portable traffic lights, portable toilets, specialist drilling equipment, site accommodation and welfare units.
