## Notice

Works involve roofing components, wall construction, insulation layers, damp-proofing measures, drainage, and associated building fabric repairs necessary to resolve the underlying defect. This procurement will be based on a JCT Intermediate Contract with Contractor's Design, The design element relates primarily to the drainage solution and any associated temporary, enabling or permanent works.
