REFERENCE: SC6938/18 The University of Birmingham is constructing a brand new state-of-the-art National Buried Infrastructure Facility (NBIF) - an experimental research facility for the investigation of Buried Infrastructure, expected completion early 2019. The ?27.6M NBIF is part of the ?217M UK Collaboratorium for Research on Infrastructure and Cities (UKCRIC) that will form a co-ordinated set of interlinked national laboratories. A conveyor belt system may also be used to stack materials into the silos. 1. To operate externally in all weathers and low levels of light. 2.
