Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council is looking to appoint a roofing contractor to undertake waterproof over roofing to various flat roof levels and also related builders work at roof level to one of their properties in central Hatfield. The project will involve temporary works for access, over-roofing of mixed felt and asphalt roofs and the removal of a patent glazed roof over a stair shaft replaced with felt and deck. The Contract will be let on a JCT Minor Works Building Contract with Contractors Design 2016 (MWD) with some Client required clause variations.
