17/SJM/024 Film and Broadcast Equipment The University of Portsmouth Faculty of Creative and Cultural Industries is replacing its existing Outside Broadcast equipment and infrastructure. We are looking to purchase a new Tricaster 460 with Advanced Edition Bundle for education plus: Datavideo cables, various monitors, cases and TallyTec tally light systems. We are looking for companies that can offer both the supply and any required on-going support of this equipment. A fast turnaround time is requested as the equipment needs to be in place for a live event in June. Please complete all documents attached. Please complete both the ITT documents and the Section stage documents. All supplier's Questionnaires will be scored and the top (approximately 5) suppliers will then have their tender documents scored. This is being run as one stage, but with two parts.
