## Notice

The Supplier will provide a full-service solution to plan, manage, operationalise and deliver the Live Sites across the Games, including: *Strategic and operations planning, in line with budget and programme constraints *Sourcing and supply of all production and technical elements *Workforce planning and implementation *Content planning, management and implementation *Internal and external stakeholder liaison and alignment *Procurement of additional services where necessary *Games-time Live Sites delivery, maintenance and decommissioning
