The Commencement Date for the delivery of the services is scheduled to be on 1st November 2023 at 00:00 hours. The Contract will be awarded for a period of 3 years until 31st October 2026, with an option to extend for a further 2 year period (1 + 1 year individually) subject to performance and the absolute discretion of the Council. The Council is procuring this contract following the Open Procedure under the Public Contract Regulations 2015 and the Council's Procurement Code. The Council will be awarding two separate contracts as part of this tender for the provision of all services detailed in each Specification document (Lot 1 - Archaeology, Lot 2 - Ecology).
