## Notice

Lewisham Council wish to procure a contractor to undertake Building Fabric works to the primary schools described below. These works will form part of the wider Schools Minor Works Programme 2021. The works will include, but is not limited to: 1) John Ball Primary School Playground works including removal of existing tarmac surfacing and replacement with new using a full depth reconstruction approach. The replacement would also include for new court markings. 2) Rushey Green Primary School Strip out and replacement of existing Nursery toilets.
