## Notice

In addition to explore insurance costs for an estimated 200 Shared Ownership Properties to be built in the next 5 years. The preferred outcome would be to include Shared Ownership Properties in the insurance contract as to undertake a separate procurement process would incur additional costs for the Council. The Council has approximately 2,600 leaseholders
