As part of the council's cultural strategy, which aims for Basingstoke to be positively known for arts and culture, B LOVE provides a music platform for local and national artists, designed to attract both residents and visitors to Basingstoke. Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council is seeking proposals from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to enhance and deliver an inspiring, creative music-focused festival event from 2021 onwards. The Council is utilising an electronic procurement tool to manage this procurement and communicate with bidders.
