Under this project we will be testing and training up to 6,000 in-service and pre-service teachers working in state and government-aided Rwandan secondary schools. All teachers who test below CEFR level B1 will take a six-month, online English language course which aims to take them to a confident B1 level. For the teachers to access this course they will need hardware and internet connectivity. This tender is therefore for the supply and delivery of tablet computers that meet the minimum specifications laid out in section 7.
