This is needed in order to support the freight sector to contribute to the emerging vision and ambitions for our LTP. Our emerging LTP vision is that: 'By 2040 the West Yorkshire will be a recognised globally as a fair and inclusive region where our communities, businesses and places all benefit from sustainable economic growth. Enabled through a zero emission, affordable, integrated, safe and sustainable transport system'.
