Increasingly there is also a desire for House of Commons Committees-groups of MPs which meet in Westminster and across the UK to discuss a range of issues-to be able to record and livestream proceedings of public evidence sessions which are held away from the Parliamentary Estate in Westminster. This framework is to supply technical facilities and operators to provide visual and audio coverage of these meetings. The framework is divided into regional Lots and will be for a duration of two years, with the option to extend for two further one-year periods.
