## Notice

West Midlands Fire and Rescue Authority has a requirement to refurbish the Fire House at Coventry Fire Station. The specification and pricing schedule include additional requirements which would only be selected if can be incorporated within the budget of PS250,000. The first additional requirement is to add a burn room in the basement and the second additional requirement is to refurbish office and welfare rooms on the ground floor of the Fire House. Bidders are recommended to visit the site before submitting a tender. Two half days have been arrange for 23 September between 9:00 - 12:30 and 24 September between 13:30 - 16:30. Coventry Fire Station has recently been redeveloped and was officially reopened June 2019.
