We are open to consider a range of different models covering turnover-based ground lease, investor-developer JV type models or arm's length brand-operator management contracts. Overall, we are not fixed on a certain type of model and will want to consider the best solution for the airport and LLA. This proposal would cover three phases: o Phase I - Search o Phase II - Selection o Phase III - Contract Negotiation Contract start date end of September 2023 Project length 6 to 12 months Additional information: Prospective contractors must be able to demonstrate previous experience of similar work and be prepared to provide references.
