Works will usually be in occupied, domestic premises (usually owner occupier or privately rented homes) at different individual addresses across the Bradford District. Occasionally there may also be the need for one off works at Council/Privately owned unoccupied premises but these will not be very frequent. The Framework Agreement is divided into 2 Lots: a. Lot 1 - Renovations b. Lot 2 - Extensions The maximum order for each job will be PS50,000 with the majority being between PS10,000 - PS30,000. For jobs valued over PS50,000 the Council will use alternative procurement methods for these.
