Swindon Borough Council have identified areas in the Borough in need of essential footways maintenance in the form of reconstructive works and slurry sealing along sections of the footways in the town. Full details relating to the Works are provided in the tender documents. The initial contract term will be for 12 weeks as stated in the ITT documents. The relevant tender documents are included within this project webpage as attachments. To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents. In the event of difficulties registering as a supplier, please refer to the System Administrator Proactis support team ProContractSuppliers@proactis.com Tender clarifications to be submitted in writing via Messaging in ProContract by Thursday 28th March 2024, 1400 hrs noon UK Local time. The Council's responses to these clarification questions will be issued on the ProContract tender portal. Therefore it is the Contractor's responsibility to check the site regularly for updates to clarifications.
