There is also the provision of an Out of Hours repairs service monitoring for Council tenants on an exceptional/occasional basis and an Out of hours emergency homelessness placements. The services are required from 1 April 2019 to 31 March 2022, with an option to extend a further 3 x 12 months subject to satisfactory performance.
