The majority of the works have been fully designed by Aecom, however the following elements are to be designed by the Contractor: * Vehicle restraint systems including transitions and structures * Permanent Formwork * Bridge Bearings * Expansion Joints * Lighting Columns Further details of these requirements can be found in Appendix1/11 of the Specification Appendices - 0100 Preliminaries. The works are being undertaken under a Three-Party Overbridge Agreement; made between Network Rail, North Yorkshire County Council and Taylor Wimpey and Persimmon Homes. The contract will be delivered under a Section S38 agreement and the Three-Party Overbridge Agreement, the Conditions of Contract are the core clauses and the clauses for main Option A dispute resolution Option W2 and Secondary Options X4, X7, X13, and X16 of the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract June 2017.
