## Notice

The development of a standard set of simplified national people policies by 2025 is a key action within the Future of NHS HR and OD report (FHROD). To achieve these aims it is planned to engage external specialist experts, with experience of NHS, public and private sector workplace resolution, to support the development of a national NHS resolution policy.
