The tenants of the Talisman pay for all ground works in their service charges & expect an excellent service delivery. We are unable to waive any fixed penalty notices. If you wish to visit the external areas of the site please do not contact any of the tenants to the units. The site plan & specification should provide all guidance required to submit you're tender.
