This project focuses on supporting young adults aged 16 to 25, who are transitioning between mental health services or are at risk of needing mental health interventions. Businesses that can offer innovative approaches to peer mentoring and have a strong understanding of mental health services will find this contract particularly advantageous for growth. ## Notice Warwickshire County Council (the Council) is seeking to commission a provider to deliver a 18 - 25 Peer Mentoring Project across Coventry and Warwickshire to offer one to one peer mentoring support to the following cohorts: young adults aged 16 - 18 transitioning from children and young people's mental health services to adult mental health services; young adults aged 17 - 25 who have never accessed mental health services but are at risk of needing a mental health intervention and and young adults leaving care at risk of accessing mental health services.
