## Summary

The Connect to Work Programme, managed by the City of London Corporation, seeks a delivery partner for a project aimed at providing job search services to disabled and unemployed individuals with complex needs within the Central London Forward region. The programme, funded by the Department for Work and Pensions, is a strategic initiative involving multiple local authorities, including Camden, Kensington and Chelsea, and Westminster. The procurement process has been completed and the award was made to Seetec Business Technology Centre Limited with a contract valued at £30,000,000. The contract spans from 21st July 2025 to 30th March 2030, and the industry category is job search services. This procurement was conducted through an open procedure method.

This tender offers significant opportunities for businesses specialising in employment services, particularly those with prior experience in supporting people with disabilities or complex needs. Ideal candidates were those able to demonstrate robust delivery capabilities and the flexibility to extend services to other areas if required. Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) had noteworthy participation potential due to the inclusive nature of the tender, and suitable businesses could potentially collaborate or subcontract portions of the work to meet programme objectives effectively.
