## Notice

Arts Council England are looking to procure the Enghouse Interactive Contact Centre solution to be integrated with our existing Cisco Call Manager system, thereby replacing our existing UCCX system. The Enghouse solution will be used to handle customer interaction across a number of channels, including telephone, email and web chat.
