The location, Hythe, offers a strategic advantage for local businesses looking to expand their footprint in the region. ## Notice Scope of Works The outline below, and the grounds map specifications (Appendix D), detail the required works, which include: Scope of Works * Cleaning and Preparation o Eliminate weed growth around edges (note: the courts are fenced in so no Harris fencing is required) o Pressure wash, hand clear and/or chemically clean natural growth (moss, weeds, etc) as well as possible. o Jet wash of the surface to remove any remaining organic matter o Include a biocide treatment to the entire surface to kill any remaining moss spores * Surface Repair o Dig out all damaged or cracked surface areas in order to refill where repairs are needed to create a smooth surface. * Surface Coverage with PlastiRoute o Apply the full colour coverage using specialist super-durable paint from the PlastiRoute range. * Line Marking o All courts to be painted with white lines for both tennis and pickleball (see Appendix E for desired lines) * Completion and Clearance o Remove equipment and all associated waste materials. o Final clearance of the site, leaving it clean and tidy upon completion. All works must be carried out in accordance with the specifications provided herein and in compliance with heritage and conservation regulations applicable to listed buildings.
