## Summary

The North Western Universities Purchasing Consortium Ltd (NWUPC) is currently engaged in the procurement of the Framework Agreement for Global Mobility Support Services. This process is being managed in compliance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and is designed for a contract period commencing on 1st September 2016 and lasting until 31st August 2019, with a potential one-year extension. The tender, referenced as PRO 3092 NW/2, is open for applications until 20th June 2016 and is categorised under business services, specifically law, marketing, consulting, and related domains. The contract value is estimated at £50 million and encompasses five distinct lots including legal services and taxation/accountancy services, with delivery required in various regions including the United Kingdom and overseas territories.

This procurement opportunity allows businesses, particularly those specialising in legal, accounting, payroll, and relocation services, to expand their client base by securing positions within a prestigious consortium. Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community, and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations are encouraged to apply, as the framework is suitable for diverse service providers. Successful bidders can enhance their public sector portfolio through a structured process that evaluates submissions for each lot individually, providing flexibility to apply for multiple areas of expertise while promoting long-term partnerships with educational institutions across the regions highlighted.
