The provider delivering the Payout cash voucher service will deliver cash payments to Haringey Residents by doing the following: * Enable Haringey to make high volume accessible payments to residents. * Send vouchers in the post, by email or SMS. * Correspondence designed and branded as "Haringey Council." * Easy to set-up and manage. * No minimum or maximum value payment * Transactions will be managed by highly trained people. * Single use vouchers - which cannot be redeemed or cashed twice. * ID checks before making payments. * Ability to cancel and reissue vouchers if we need to * Have effective fraud prevention measures in place.
