Birmingham City University (BCU) invites you to quote for the provision of the Employee Engagement Survey. The contract will be for a period of three years with the option to extend on a year by year basis subject to satisfactory performance. The Request to Quotation (RFQ) is issued using Birmingham City University e-tendering system In-Tend and the remainder of the procurement process will be managed using the system. The issue of this document in no way commits the University to awarding any contract. Any expenditure, work or effort undertaken prior to contract award is a matter solely for the commercial judgment of Bidders. The University reserves the right to withdraw this document at any time or to re-invite proposals or tenders on the same or any alternative basis.
