The Consultant will assist the Employer's in-house staff in the delivery of professional services. These services will be delivered either from the Consultant's offices or by staff seconded into the Employer's offices. At the time of this notice there is some ambiguity regarding the geographic coverage of this contract due to expected Dorset local government reorganisation. At a minimum this contract will cover Bournemouth and Poole (Option 2c, NUTS code UKK21). The contract may be extended to include UKK21 and part of UKK22 (Option 2b). Both options are defined here: https://news.dorsetforyou.gov.uk/reshapingyourcouncils/ It is our intention to award to a single supplier who will deliver all services. Any contract in place will be novated to the new Council(s) governing the conurbation if the proposed reorganisation outlined above proceeds The contract is expected to commence in November 2017. The timeline for the procurement process is as a guide, and shown below. This will be carried out using the Open Procedure.
