## Summary

The UK Parliament is seeking a qualified provider to establish a sole supplier framework for programme, project and cost management services primarily supporting a range of projects on Parliament's Northern Estate in London. This procurement process has reached the Award stage, concluding on 8th December 2020, after a tender period that ended on 12th November 2019. The overall value of the contract is estimated at £95 million, covering a contract duration from 22nd September 2020 to 21st September 2028. This process involves services applicable under the industry category of Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services, with a particular focus on renovation and management of listed buildings within the estate.

This tender presents a significant opportunity for businesses specialising in construction consultancy, project management, and engineering services, particularly those with experience in handling complex heritage projects and adhering to high public scrutiny standards. SMEs with capabilities in programme management, risk management, and health and safety consultancy would be particularly well-suited to compete for this contract, given the Authority's emphasis on a singular point of responsibility and comprehensive management capabilities across a diverse project portfolio.
