The objective of this work is to provide legal support to the GCP Programme of works that need to be delivered over the next 4 years (with a potential extension of 1 year) The legal firm would need to have specialist skills in Transport and Words Act Orders, Compulsory Purchase Order, Rights of Way Orders, Planning and Procurement to provide the support required. As set out there is a level of uncertainty about the amount of work that is required. Therefore a range of PS500,000- PS5,000,000 will be placed on this contract.
