## Notice

Harlow Council is seeking to set up a Framework of Legal Advisors for the provision of various procurement-related services including but not limited to the activities set out in the attached Specification which the Authority can call upon, on an ad-hoc basis. It is intended to appoint four (4) Legal Advisors onto the Framework. The highest scoring Legal Advisor shall be appointed to advise on the delivery of the "Core Services" and a mini-competition shall be undertaken for each additional call-off contract that may be entered into. Harlow Council is unable to guarantee the volume, value or frequency of Services that may be called-off under the terms of the Framework Agreement.
