Raven House is a circa 1950's two storey detached residential property of traditional masonry construction with pitched tiled roofs. The home is located on the corner of Rockingham and Occupation Road on the outskirts of Corby. In September 2023 Condition Surveys were undertaken to several properties occupied by the Northamptonshire Children's Trust including Raven House. Within these surveys, works required to each property were identified and prioritised accordingly.
