## Notice

To develop free e-learning for operators who are, or who wish to become, authorised to issue plant passports. This new module will help government to meet its obligations under Plant Health Regulation PHR 2016/2031 and Regulation 2019/827 that information should be provided to operators to enable them to become competent to issue Plant Passports. This competency is assessed by government Plant Health Inspectors.
