The provisions support long-term unemployed customers on a range of benefits living across the Fylde Coast to access sustainable employment. We also facilitate an internal Work Placement programme 'Chance2Shine' which also targets the long-term unemployed and young people who are NEET. The Chance2Shine Recruitment Agency is an additional new pilot to support the conversion of Chance2Shine unpaid Work Placements to paid temporary positions, increase performance outcomes on our payment by results contract for sustainable employment and create opportunities into other markets in the future.
