As part of the process the contractor will be required to - Have a controlled strip out of the internal frame - Reinstatement of internal wall sets in timber partitions, including enhanced insulation - Design and installation of the Heating and Hot water system, including the provision of a new boiler - Refurbishment of kitchen, and kitchen layout - Refurbishment and Installation of a new bathroom suite - Rewire of the electrical installation, - Re-decoration The Contract will be JCT Minor Works Building Contract 2011 Edition
