## Notice

To provide long term accommodation and planned transitions scheme of supported accommodation for Care Leavers and homeless young people in Bradford. To provide pre-tenancy work with the Care Leavers, including opportunity for taster flat experience, and identify and secure suitable accommodation within the Bradford District.
