Eligibility Criteria; The company must have carried out similar works over the last three years; The company must have proven experience of working in an operational public building, open 364 days per year; The company will give a declaration that all activities awarded within the contract will be carried out by personnel who are employees of the organisation; The company must have in place Public & Employees Liability Insurance cover and operate within a robust Health & Safety regime. The current workforce would be subject to TUPE arrangements. It is the responsibility of the organisation to ensure that all relevant documents have been read prior to submission.
