## Notice

Milton Keynes Council (MKC) has secured ?22.7M in Town Deal (TD) funding to deliver 9 separate projects. All the projects save 2 have had Full Business Cases (FBCs) developed and approved by the TD Board and now move into their start-up phase. The Transport Hub project has not submitted a FBC because it has needed to await upon the deliberations of the key rail industry stakeholders, who will be redeveloping the station to accommodate the EW rail connection to Oxford, before it could safely decide on the project scope for the hub and its enabling work. The Innovation Hub project has not been able to submit an FBC to the board because the project team did not have a precise specification in terms of: o Hub design and layout o Hub sizing and capacity o & Hub operating and business model This was in the main due to an initial decision to base the Hub in a new mixed-use development on land owned by MKDP on the site of the old Bletchley Police and Fire Station. The scope and commercial model for that new build is yet to be full developed and now will be integrated into an enhanced masterplan for the areas to the immediate east and west of the station, including a substantial redevelopment of the station estate.
