Dudley council seeks advisory services to develop a strategy that covers: o Security and safety for residents of Dudley, council housing tenants, and Dudley council field workers o Protection of our public spaces from vandalism, fly tipping and other crimes that destroy our public realm o Control of access to and the perimeters of Council buildings, Council estates, and Council Housing The strategy should enable law enforcement.
