The procurement process will be conducted via the Atamis system, requiring interested suppliers to register on the platform to access the opportunity. ## Notice The Department of Health and Social Care is looking to appoint a contractor to provide for the design and delivery of a leadership training programme for Principal Social Workers (PSWs); Principal Occupational Therapists (POTs); Approved Mental Health Professionals Leads (AHMPS) who are new in post or looking to further develop their influencing and leadership skills; and aspirant or new PSW/POTS/AHMPs from a Global Majority Background. The contractor will also need to provide a mid-point and final comprehensive evaluation of the programme and its impact. Initial contract term: 12 months. Extension: The contract may be extended for a maximum duration of 24 months, contingent upon the sole discretion of the Buyer, budget availability, and internal approvals. Estimated value for the contract: PS100,000 inclusive of VAT. Total value of contract including extensions: PS300,000 inclusive of VAT Project reference: C220565 The DHSC is issuing this early engagement to seek information and feedback from the market to gain better understanding of the intelligence, budget cap and appetite for this project. For avoidance of doubt this is not a call for competition, the purpose is to advise the market on the forthcoming DHSC procurement and seek feedback from suppliers that may inform the final specification and/or procurement approach to the services.
