## Notice

Nottinghamshire County Council (NCC) is seeking competitive quotes for the provision of a web browser based occupational health unit management system together with software support. NCC is a large County Council with approximately 7500 centrally employed staff. The Occupational Health Unit (OHU) provides services to both NCC's corporate departments as well as schools, academies and a range of external contracts. These services include the full range of occupational health activities including assessments, and health surveillance. This procurement is to select a supplier to provision and support a web/ cloud based occupational health management system. The contract will be for 3 years subject to annual review. A specification of the work to be undertaken is attached to this ITQ (Schedule 1), together with a contract which will form the basis of a contract between the Council and the successful bidder. Quotes submitted shall be in accordance with and subject to the terms of these instructions and any other documents comprising this invitation.
