The Technical Advisor must work closely with officers of the Council and all other advisors to the Residual Waste Treatment Programme (RWTP) as necessary to ensure that the proposed ERF meets the requirements of the Council. This procurement is an Open (one stage process). Suppliers wishing to take part in this project are invited to 'express interest' which will give access to the full procurement documents in the e-tendering system.
