The purpose of this tender is to commission consultants to develop and deliver a methodology to achieve the required objectives for two items in the range of BLEN proposals and interventions, which are listed below: 1. ULEV Traffic Management/Kerbside Controls Scoping Study 2. Kerbside Activity & Servicing Study to support item 1 above, as well as a range of other initiatives being developed as part of the BLEN As part of this tender, consultants will be required to provide a detailed methodology and strategic delivery process of the methodology including all survey requirements and specification for each item to ensure all objectives and required outcomes are achieved. Additional information: This tender opportunity will be published on the Waltham Forest dynamic purchasing system for specialist professional services on Monday 16th November.
