Opportunity for an academic partner(s)to lead on the design and delivery of an evaluation of the Wales Integrated Serious and Dangerous Offender Management (WISDOM) Project. Tenders are invited from individuals/organisations with the relevant skills and experience to lead on the design and delivery of a robust evaluation of the WISDOM pilot. The contractor(s) will have a strong record of leading and delivering quality evaluations in a Criminal Justice setting and will be able to evidence skill set in both quantitative and qualitative methods. Proposals would be welcome from individuals working in partnership to ensure all requirements of the evaluation can be met but one overall named lead is expected to ensure accountability and leadership.
