The S&V HIA support their clients to complete applications made under the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996 for mandatory Disabled Facilities Grants (DFG). A DFG is a means tested grant with a maximum limit of PS30,000 for essential housing adaptations to help disabled people stay in their own homes.
