Tenderers need to be flexible in delivering the programme and be able to deliver a hybrid programme, either virtually via MS Teams/Zoom and/or face to face in a classroom environment at a local venue within the Borough of Bromley. Tenderers must ensure that the course delivered virtually fully meets the brief set out in the specifications for each course
